Conservation District and Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay Meetinig

Please join the City of Dallas Planning & Urban Design staff, in

partnership with Heritage Oak Cliff, for an informational meeting

about Conservation Districts (CDs) and Neighborhood

Stabilization Overlays (NSOs).


We will discuss the processes for these neighborhood-initiated

zoning tools and provide guidance on how to move forward.
